I can HIGHLY recommend Mark. He responded to my problem very promptly and very quickly got my heating back on. He was courteous and explained the problem very clearly to me. Fast feedback, found a reason of the fault of my Combi Boiler, found new pump online ON STOCK by fair price and next day fix a problem. Fast, very reliable and professional. Thank you very much for your fantastic service. So pity that cant put 10 from 5.
When my hot water stopped he knew exactly the problem with my boiler. Arrived with the part and 30 mins later all fixed. Cost was very fair, no rip off like I have had before. Would recommend to anyone in need of a first class boiler engineer.
