Couldn’t recommend this practice more. I recently left due to moving out of the area. I quickly moved back after a bad experience at the new vets. The ladies on reception were brilliant. Liz and Celeste were great. They welcomed my dog and wanted to fuss him. We felt like we were part of the Amical family! My dog saw Manuela, who listened to my concerns and didn’t rush me. She took my dog into the consult room on his own, at my request, for his examination. They came back and Manuela took the time to go over and explain all the checks made, again without rushing off and listen to my 10 million other questions. What a lovely practice, with a lovely team. Lesson learnt, we will be sticking with Amical as our preferred veterinary centre.

Really easy to book and appointment. Friendly reception when we arrived. Appointment was on time. My dog had a thorough looking over and a quick diagnosis. Treatment was available the same day and I took it away with me. Dr was very nice and asked for me to keep him informed of if treatment is working. Really lovely vets.
I took my very nervous cat on Thursday with a suspicious lump under his jaw, thinking the worst I was very upset. The vet talk through all the possibilities from best to worst. Starting with an abscess he asked if I would like to be there whilst inserting a needle to see if it was filled with pus. Darwin would have been very upset if he’d been taken away from me, so it was wonderful that I was able to stay & to comfort him as the procedure was carried out. The vet was wonderful I have no complaints. As for parking I wasn’t even aware there was any, I park on the main road & walk if the spaces out the front are occupied.
Amical vets are always so professional, helpful and friendly. They look after our pets extremely well. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.
