I have used Simon of Paint Layers both in my home and to help get a rental property back up to standard before new tenants move in. Simon taylors his service to suit the needs of the job, being honest about which rooms / areas require work and advising on the various options available. He is a clean and tidy worker, good at communicating with you as the customer to keep you informed and the standard of decorating is good. Most of all Paint Layers provide a thorough breakdown of works when you ask for a quotation, which is both professional and easy to understand.
