110% recommend this pet shop. Wouldn't use anywhere else. Staff are always polite & helpful. Even a message away on Facebook for advice & help. My 2 children love going in here and always ask to go and see the animals as we past by. Animals are all very well looked after and happy. We adore the parrots & love having a chat with them. Best pet shop in town :)
First time visiting this pet shop and I was saddened to see the 2 extremely large fish in very small tanks, they looked like they could hardly move this is not how animals should be treated, if you can’t provide a big enough tank for them then you simply shouldn’t be keeping them. I did get what I wanted in the shop but seeing those 2 poor fish really put a downer on the experience.
I've given them 5 stars just because they are so friendly and helpful although they didn't have the automatic cat feeder I wanted they offered to get one in for me. Good service should be recognised
Amazing pet shop!! Rob and the staff over the best value supplies, and animals, great place for the kids to learn about animals and how to look after them. Rob and the staff are always around to offer support and advice during open hours and out of hours. Friendly staff, great place all around and amazingly reliable!!
Rob the owner can never so enough for you . He explains the product positives and negatives . He knews and understands the requirements of your pet. If you love your pet you will live the attention and advise you get from the pet shop in march. Keep up the great work Rob
