2 of my boys have been with rka for about 5 years now, they’ve grown so much since starting from shy and unfit to strong, sociable boys. They always look forward to classes and enjoy being taught by all 4 coaches, stu, Paige, Paul & Alex. They wanted to be a bigger part of RKA and was given the opportunity to attend competitions, shows and even do some coaching. Rka is like a second family, everyone has always been very friendly and approachable from coaches to students aswell as parents watching. Don’t think you need to be strong, fit or even know what your doing, there’s classes for all abilities.
Great gym with fantastic coaches. As an adult with experience elsewhere, it’s a great environment to train with knowledgable coaches and a supportive environment for growth. As a dad, more of the same for my boy and somewhere I’d 100% trust with my daughter when she’s bigger. Proper training without shortcutting on the safety of the kids. Would give more stars if I could, genuinely top tier
Fantastic club, my 15yld son joined RKA a few months ago I liked it so much I also joined and we are loving it. It has given my son so much more confidence, fitness, discipline and focus. My own fitness is getting so good now I have so much energy. Its great that we both share a common interest together. The other members are all so helpful and patient even with me as I am a bit so to pick things up. This club is open to all ages. Stuart, Paige, Paul and Alex do an amazing job running this club. I only wish I'd joined years ago. Get in contact come down and give it ago you won't be disappointed it's like one big family.♥️🥊🥊
Fantastic coaches who go above and beyond to support children meeting their needs, RKA is not just for boys my daughter was welcomed and was the best decision for her after trailing other clubs she has found a sport she loves. My daughter’s grown in self confidence and her potential and skill is now shining through. Cannot recommend RKA enough to all children and adults there’s classes for all levels. To be a part of RKA my daughter wears her RKA uniform looks the part, feels the part and is part of the team 😊
When I joined, I had an incredible amount of anxiety about joining and worrying that I would be judged by my ability. However I could not have been more wrong. Stu and Paige are the best at what they do and the rest of the group have welcomed me with open arms. The best teaching by people who have been there and done it at the highest level, great environment, friendly atmosphere and people always willing to help you out and support you. Cannot recommend enough
