Hello I have been with my family today, firstly very lovely atmosphere, the customer service was amazing. I recently discovered I got a soya allergy and they made sure I was happy with the food and took the allergy seriously. Good food, very filling I recommend and I’m definitely coming back, been there before and the experience was just as good as today!
Very nice place , good and very friendly staff, really advise to visit this place. Today had ribs , corn dogs and really enjoy of food of here but cant put 5 star sorry , steak wasn't been good , steak was overburned and had bitter taste what shouldnt be , peppercorn sauce, make from green pepper not black dried one it is wrong it should be so spicy and crunchy . Green peppercorn softy and nice make lighty spice dish but not as after every dip my steak want to drink water because feel bitter and spicy taste. Hope it will read ,my review and next time I can see in that nice place nice tasty steak with delicious peppercorn sauce. But still thank you guys!!!
I would like to preface this by saying this review is not representative of the staff, they were absolutely lovely and welcoming and attentive. However, I will not be returning. We came on a Saturday mid afternoon, probably one of 4 tables seated so it was very empty which I probably should have taken into account. My main complaint is the food. We paid around £9 for two very average corn dogs to start but my main disappointment was the "cheesedog". It came out in a pale baguette with some cheese melted on top. I've photographed it so you can see. It was the blandest, strangest "hot dog" I've had in my life. The chips were ultimately oven chips. Having had cheesedogs in other restaurants, this was not what I expected and not what I feel should be served and also not what you find when you google "cheesedog". I understand it's a Steakhouse and maybe had I had a steak my experience would be different, but I feel they should take pride in all their dishes as well. I didn't feel the need to raise it because you get what you're given, and I'll have remember to look at reviews of the foods next time. The only other thing to note was the sauces had stickers on for June/July suggesting they should be thrown out. We checked the actual useby date and they were in date but they had throw out stickers on them. My partner explained that in restaurants they have their own "use by" dates for things like sauces. Overall quite disappointed.
Went here for the 1st time today (4th May 2025) and it was such a good experience! The steak was something else! Best I’ve had anywhere! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Deserts were stunning! I can’t recommend this place enough! We’ll definitely be back :-)
We always have an amazing meal at this very underrated restaurant. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is cool and the service is second to none. The Rib Eye Steak was succulent and cooked to perfection.. You would not expect this amazing place to be at the back of Fuel station but do not let that put you off...the saying 'Don't judge a book by it's cover' fits well here. Great work team 👍
