Hello I have been with my family today, firstly very lovely atmosphere, the customer service was amazing. I recently discovered I got a soya allergy and they made sure I was happy with the food and took the allergy seriously. Good food, very filling I recommend and I’m definitely coming back, been there before and the experience was just as good as today!

I was taken here for a meal for my birthday. Starters was nice. I had a medium to well done steak but wow it was raw I could actually taste blood in my mouth. I spoke to the first waitress who was very nice. She told me the chef had only been working there for 2 months and took my food away. It really put me off eating any more meat. Thought I’d go for a sundae but the next waitress come out to advise they never had what I wanted. I explained I wasn’t happy but she just argued and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. She had a Very poor attitude and told me that it was the same chef as it Thorney. Obviously a complete lie. Charged us full price even though I couldn’t even eat my meal. Very disappointed especially on my birthday. I will never be returning shame after attending the Thorney one around 20 times 😡😡

We called in on our way home at 3:30pm there were two other families dining at the time. We were greeted with a smile from the waitress and could pretty much choose our own seats. The decor is lovely to look at, the walls full of memorabilia. We ordered our drinks which arrived swiftly and ordered four mains. Considering how quiet it was, the main courses took a little long to arrive than expected but they were worth the wait, very tasty and presented well. The prices seemed slightly above average, it wouldn’t put us off going back though. My only negative or constructive criticism would be the condition of the men’s toilets, not the most inviting and I expected them to be in better condition

We always have an amazing meal at this very underrated restaurant. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is cool and the service is second to none. The Rib Eye Steak was succulent and cooked to perfection.. You would not expect this amazing place to be at the back of Fuel station but do not let that put you off...the saying 'Don't judge a book by it's cover' fits well here. Great work team 👍

Myself and my partner visited Route 47 on Saturday (3rd Feb '24) and had a lovely meal. The servers were really attentive and service was really good - I'd seen other recent reviews about slow service and so had my reservations but was left pleasantly surprised. The food is priced fairly, and the atmosphere is great, with plenty of memorabilia on the walls for you to peruse. Route 47 is on a main road making access really easy, and there is plenty of parking available. My one and only gripe with my visit was that the food was not served piping hot. The dishes had multiple components and some were hot, whilst others were warm. The food was perfectly enjoyable, but would have been more so if all elements were piping hot. All in all, well worth a visit.
